You can run the iTivity Technician iManager to provide remote support from your Linux or Windows desktop system. The iManager supports many Linux distributions, including Ubuntu, RedHat, SuSe, Fedora and CentOS.

The iTivity Customer iAgent allows you to provide direct support for Windows, Linux, AIX, HP-UP and Solaris.
