[HPUX] DoubleVision Pro 4.00.01 Build #1.

Solved the problem where ^C could not be sent over to the host
terminal. This would only occur on host terminals that were actual
psuedo-ttys ( STREAMS based only ).
 
The problem was not specific to the keystroke sequence ^C, but
to any character that was assigned as the 'interrupt' key via
the stty command. The same would be true for the 'quit' key
( as defined by stty ).

Solved the problem where user's preferences could be saved but
not loaded. Instead an error -21 would be displayed.
