[SCO] DoubleVision Pro 4.00.00 Build #2

Solved problems with the DoubleVision Pro daemons:

    dvpro_daemon - The TTY list daemnon would core dump on SCO 
	           Open Server 5.0.6.
    dvrc_daemon - The Remote Control daemon (dvrc_daemon) would 
                  not run properly. High CPU can also be found 
                  with the running process.

We believe corruption in the distribution caused the problems 
above.  They have been corrected in this release.
